The first year showed that women could be brought directly to teams, series and events. The second added internships inside professional motorsport.
The founding activities
In 2025, the Anne Roy Initiative began by bringing women and girls directly into the places where motorsport careers take shape. Across four founding activities, they met the people doing the work and saw professional racing from the inside.

Participants met series leadership, officials, drivers and teams while observing race operations at the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières.
ASAP Racing mentorship
Anne supported a team of high-school girls preparing to represent Canada at the STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore.
